Privacy policy
Effective September 5, 2026.
This page names every service that receives your data, and what each one gets. Where we can avoid collecting something, we have.
What stays in your browser
The Batch Log keeps your batch records in your own browser's local storage. There is no account, no sync, and no server copy. We cannot see your batches, we could not hand them over if we were asked, and if you clear your browser data they are gone — which is why the tool has a CSV export. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are apologising for.
The site itself sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.
When you subscribe to The Dry Batch or download the starter checklist, we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, which offer you responded to, and the time you gave consent.
- Consent is explicit. The checkbox is unticked and required. Without it the submission is rejected rather than recorded, and an address is never added to a marketing list on the strength of a purchase or a contact-form message alone.
- Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc.) sends the newsletter and stores your subscriber profile, including the consent time above.
- Unsubscribing takes one click from any issue, and it is honoured for good.
- We do not sell, rent, or share the subscriber list.
Forms
Netlify Forms receives every newsletter signup and contact-form message and is our system of record for them. From a consented newsletter signup, a copy is passed to Klaviyo (to subscribe you) and to Shopify (to create or update your customer record with that consent). Contact-form messages go to Netlify Forms only, and are used to reply to you.
Buying something
Checkout runs on Shopify, and payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Shopify receives the name, email, shipping address, and payment details you enter, and sets its own cookies to keep your cart and session working.
Card details never touch a Sublime Pantry server. We are a static site; we have no database and no card storage. What we can see in the Shopify admin is your order, your contact details, and your shipping address — the same things we need in order to send you a box.
We pack and ship every order ourselves from our own stock, so your name and shipping address are not passed to a third-party fulfiller. They were, until 2026-09-09: one product was a supplier's boxed set ordered from PackFreshUSA after purchase and shipped by them, and your address went to them to fulfil it. That product has been discontinued and that transfer has stopped.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless, does not track you across sites, does not build a profile of you, and collects no personally identifying information — we see page counts, referrers, and which outbound links get clicked, not people. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party ad network on this site.
Hosting
Netlify hosts the site and processes standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — as any web server must in order to serve a page.

- Shopify and Shopify Payments — checkout, orders, and payment processing
- Plausible — aggregate, cookieless analytics
That is the whole list. If it changes, this page changes with it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
Email support@sublimepantry.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you have ordered from us, we keep the order record for as long as tax and accounting rules require; everything else we can remove.
Changes
The effective date at the top changes whenever this policy does.
